The directors of Grendell Windows got together because they heard many stories from disgruntled installers of poor quality products and workmanship from fabricators who didn't really seem to understand their needs. All to often the story went "Its fine if you get it right first time but rectifying faults takes far too long and costs time and money".

Grendell Windows has been formed to address their needs, but the directors are realistic and know that it's a competitive market place out there, so the focus is on good quality products and services at keen prices made possible through firm financial controls and a realistic view on margins.

They are looking for long term relationships with loyal customers, not just a way of making a fast buck.
